At DataWreck we understand the importance and sometimes time critical nature of your data. We have dealt with many cases where deadlines maybe anywhere from days to just hours away and data is needed ASAP.
While our official hours are 9-5 monday-friday we always have a technician on call and are happy to work 24/7 to recover your data. There have been many situations where a speedy recovery has been so vital the client has dropped off the media and booked into a hotel 5 minutes away!
If your require a technician to be working on your drive late at night there is a £200 charge payable. This is also applied for any emergency services that requires a technician to be working 24/7 on your case until a conclusion is met.
Please note: While media suffering from logical damage can be turned around quickly, media suffering physical damage may require donor parts to be ordered and delivery times may vary.
