Data Destruction Logistics Options

Self-Delivery

• Your staff are responsible for transporting the media to our location and it's security in transit.  The Chain-of-Custody starts when you hand over the media and the quantity is verified on hand over.

Standard Courier or Dedicated Van

• Standard Courier - A standard courier service will transport the media to our depot.  The Chain-of-Custody starts when we receive the media.  This option is NOT recommended for sensitive or personal data.  Examples:-  Batch of wiped hard drives,  non personal data.
  

• Dedicated Van - A dedicated van will pick up your media from your location.  The media will be brought straight to our depot with no detours and no other pick-ups in the van.  The Chain-of-Custody starts at your pick-up point.
  

• DataWreck's Service - DataWreck can provide it's own staff members for logistical support if required.
  

Government Security Cleared (SC) Personnel

• DataWreck can provide logistical staff cleared by the Government to SC (Security Cleared) level to transport sensitive data.  We will provide certificates of this status upon request.
  

• Security Cleared personnel will operate in dedicated vans. Two personnel can be allocated for secure contracts.
  

Professional Security Contractors

• DataWreck can provide security contractors accredited by the Profesional Bodyguards Association  for extremely sensitive or high-value data contracts.
