Rick Shingler BSc

Rick is a Partner at DataWreck and is one of our most skilled Forensic and Data Recovery consultants.

Whilst working at DataWreck Rick has shown his knowledge and proven his skill in data recovery and forensics through his methodical work ethic and sterling results.

Having gained his Bachelor of Science in forensic computing at Staffordshire University he Joined DataWreck in 2007.

As a senior staff member the roll of Forensics management, customer care, marketing and company image are his main responsibilities.

In his rare down time Rick enjoys paintballing, rock climbing and live music.

Joe Coll

Joe started working at DataWreck as an apprentice. He was soon integrated as a valuable member of the team and employed full time after passing his apprenticeship

He is a creative problem solver and not only that, he also is one of the best Flash memory recovery specialists.

Dan Hopwood BSc

Dan is an ex-Paratrooper turned computer expert. After leaving the armed forces, he embarked on some world travels where he broke his back in a motorcycle accident.

He is the drive behind the company, and a most valued advisor.

He is a skilled networking specialist having earned CISCO qualifications whilst studying Forensic computing at Staffordshire University.

Dan is keen hand biker and canoeist, liking to spend his free time working out or canoeing. In the past he has canoed the Mississippi and the river Rhine for charity, and has plans to canoe the Congo.

Dan's latest achievement was a 2341 mile canoe expedition down the Mississippi and managed to raise £11,000 for charity.

All the more remarkable due to the fact that Dan himself is in a wheelchair, being paralysed below the chest due to a motorbike accident. Check out his website
